Partnership Agreement

This Partnership Agreement is made on 28 August 2026 between [Partner A] and [Partner B] (the "Partners") to carry on business as [Firm Name] (the "Firm").

Capital. The Partners shall contribute capital of Rs 1,00,000 and Rs 1,00,000 respectively.
Profit sharing. Profits and losses of the Firm shall be shared in the ratio 50:50.
