Freelancer Agreement

This Freelancer Agreement is made on 23 July 2026 between [Client] ("Client") and [Freelancer] ("Freelancer").

Services. The Freelancer shall provide the following services: [services].
Fees. The Client shall pay [fees], within 15 days of invoice.
Independent contractor. The Freelancer is an independent contractor and not an employee; the Freelancer is responsible for their own taxes and statutory obligations.
Intellectual property. Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for the Client shall be assigned to the Client, save for the Freelancer’s pre-existing materials and tools.
Confidentiality. Each Party shall keep the other’s confidential information secret and use it only for this engagement.
Term & termination. Either Party may terminate on written notice; the Client shall pay for work performed up to termination. This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
