This Employment Agreement is made on 23 July 2026 between [Employer] ("Employer") and [Employee] ("Employee").

Position. The Employee is engaged as [Role], and shall perform the duties reasonably assigned by the Employer.
Compensation. The Employee shall receive an annual cost to company of Rs 6,00,000, payable monthly, subject to applicable statutory deductions.
Working hours & conduct. The Employee shall observe the Employer’s policies, working hours and code of conduct as amended from time to time.
Confidentiality. The Employee shall keep the Employer’s confidential information secret during and after employment and shall not use it other than for the Employer’s benefit.
Termination. Either Party may terminate this Agreement by giving 30 days’ written notice, or payment in lieu, subject to applicable law.
Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
