This Employment Agreement is made on 28 August 2026 between [Employer] ("Employer") and [Employee] ("Employee").

Position. The Employee is engaged as [Role], and shall perform the duties reasonably assigned by the Employer.
Compensation. The Employee shall receive an annual cost to company of Rs 6,00,000, payable monthly, subject to applicable statutory deductions.
Working hours & conduct. The Employee shall observe the Employer’s policies, working hours and code of conduct as amended from time to time.
